Screeny made a return to ITV with Robert Peston’s new Wednesday night show. Behind the scenes Kenziko worked with the production team to redesign the screen to fit with the exciting new-look set, and add some additional features for the new series.
The touchscreen solution Peston uses is a Microsoft Surface Hub, which has always posed a few technical challenges for us as we have to use our own external hardware to be broadcast-ready. Thankfully all went well on the night and new presenter Anushka Asthana ran the Screeny segments impeccably.
Behind the scenes the team use bespoke web-based tools developed by Kenziko to add the content into the screen, and update it while on-air.
